Returns & Exchanges

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if you are unsatisfied with your equipment or an unopened coffee order, we are here to help.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Request

    Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the unopened items and include the RMA slip inside the package.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
